Is Yahoo! Shopping secure?

Ordering Online. When you order, we need to know your name, email address, mailing address, credit card number, and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status.

We strive to safeguard our customers information. We do not share or sell your information with 3rd parties, brokers or others. We only collect necessary information to process orders and sometimes to e-mail a promotion to our customers. 1. Do you require a minimum order? For Retail customers there is no minimum order. Wholesale customers (Retailers) opening orders must be a minimum of $50.00 and reorders must be a minimum of $25.00. If this is your first wholesale purchase please fax or email your sellers permit tax ID to us.

2. How do I place an order? All orders can be placed easily and securely on-line. If you have any problems placing your order on-line you may fax your order to us at (209) 956-3068 or (866) 267-9079. We will contact you to confirm receipt of your faxed order. On-line orders will receive e-mail confirmation immediately and again when the order is shipped. If you need help with your order we can be reached by email at charmslimoges@comcast.net or you can reach us by phone at (209) 956-3068 or (866) 267-9079 between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM (Pacific Time) Monday through Friday.

3. How soon will I receive my order? Orders require a minimum processing time of 1-3 business days (this is not including shipping time, first class mail can take 4-10 days for arrival). Custom laser and custom photo charm orders can take 7-15 days for delivery. Custom laser and photo charm sales are final since they are customized for you. All shipping is done via USPS. Options include First Class (FREE) 4-10 days average, Priority Mail $4.00 (3-4 days) and (1-2 days) Express Mail $15.00. You will be able to choose your shipping preference on-line. Also if shipping outside of the U.S., options are Airmail $4.00, Global Priority $8.00, and Global Express $19.00. All orders have a $1.00 handling charge.

4.What payment methods are accepted? We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. We also except Paypal (for existing Paypal members). Sorry, we do not accept COD’s.

5. What is your return policy and how do I handle any discrepancy with my order? If you are unhappy with any part of your order, we will be happy to take it back in new condition for exchange only. All claims returned to us must be postmarked within 15 days of the original order date to be eligible for exchange. When returned merchandise is received, we will process an even exchange of your choice, we cannot do refunds. If there is any discrepancy or concern with your order please e-mail the information along with your order #, name and address, so we can research and respond promptly to you.
